Membership Fee and Payment: The Individual Membership fee is £500 per month, payable in advance via direct debit. Members are required to set up a direct debit to facilitate monthly payments.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership by providing a minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Booking Visits: To use the spa facilities, members must contact the reception via phone or WhatsApp to check availability and book their visit. Due to limited space, we must monitor the total number of people on the premises.
Visit Limitations: Visits to the spa are limited to a maximum of 3 hours each time and may only occur once per day.
Swimwear Policy: Swimwear is mandatory at all times during your visit to the spa facilities. Proper swim attire must be worn to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for all members.
Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on the premises. Adults must be present at all times when visiting the spa facilities.
Allergies and Health Concerns: It is the responsibility of the member to inform us in advance of any allergies or health concerns. We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions that may occur due to undisclosed allergies.
Sauna and Steam Room Use: The sauna and steam room are quite hot, and any medical conditions must be disclosed to the reception team prior to use. Use of these facilities is at your personal risk, and members are advised to read the terms and guidelines for each facility displayed prior to use.
Personal Items: Members are responsible for their personal items while on the premises. Park Lane Wellness is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Safety Precautions: Please note that our facilities are not monitored, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Members are required to take personal precautions and use the facilities at their own risk.
Membership Benefits: Membership benefits, including discounts on services and products, are exclusive to the member and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
Conduct and Behaviour: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while on the premises. Any disruptive behaviour may result in the revocation of membership without a refund.
Amendments: Park Lane Wellness reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Liability: Park Lane Wellness is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
