If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may be subject to a 100% charge. All deposits paid are non-refundable.
Our spa facilities include a steam room, sauna, hydropool with water jets, and a relaxation area offering a complimentary selection of teas, water, fruits, and small snacks (subject to daily availability).
Due to the structure of the building, our spa is not suitable for disabled access.
Please arrive around 10 minutes before your appointment to settle in. Late arrival may shorten your treatment time to accommodate other guests.
We suggest leaving valuables and jewellery at home. While we take great care, Park Lane Wellness cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Guests must be 16 or over. Those aged 16–18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult and with parental consent.
We provide certain treatments suitable for expectant mothers after the first trimester. It is best to get in touch and discuss suitable treatment with the therapist.
Please share any health concerns, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking or on arrival, so we can adapt treatments for your comfort and safety.
